Kalasa Jathre (or Jatra) is a major annual festival and fair at the Kalaseshwara Temple in Kalasa, Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka, celebrating the divine marriage of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati (Girija Kalyanam), featuring a grand temple car festival (Rathotsava), drawing devotees with its mythological significance (Sage Agastya witnessing the wedding) and the unique pot-shaped Shivlinga, lasting for several days.
