Job Description:
We are looking for highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Executives to join our team at Thyrocare. As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be responsible for generating sales with existing customers and acquiring new leads, clients, and customers in the pharmaceutical and FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to qualified phase over the phone.
- Promote generic products by visiting medical retailers and doctors regularly.
- Build and develop strong customer relationships, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Counsel prospects effectively to convert them into sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals, responding promptly to assigned leads.
